Questions planners and partners ask us most.

How we work, what we provide, how to book Nicholas to speak, and how we support your team. We are not a speaker bureau and not a meeting planner. We are the strategic layer that helps yours succeed.

Frequently asked questions

How we work, and how we fit with your team.

If you do not see your question, our team is one message or one call away.

What Keynoteology is
Is Keynoteology a speaker bureau?

No. A speaker bureau helps organizations find and book outside voices. Keynoteology is a strategic layer that helps your entire event become more purposeful and valuable, and our founder Nicholas J. Webb is available to keynote your event directly. When a bureau is involved, we respect that relationship and work alongside it.

Is Keynoteology a meeting planner?

No. Meeting planners are essential and own the logistics and execution of the event. We do not replace your planner. We support the strategy, content, presenter alignment, audience experience, and outcomes that sit on top of strong planning.

So what does Keynoteology actually do?

We provide event strategy and architecture, content and presenter alignment, and event experience support. Our founder is also one of the top keynote speakers in the world, and you can book him to speak at your event.

How is this different from simply booking a great speaker?

A great speaker is one part of an event. We focus on whether the whole event achieves its purpose, including the agenda arc, the messaging, the facilitation, the audience experience, and the follow up. You can also book our founder Nicholas to headline the event.

How we work with your partners
Do you compete with our speaker bureau?

No. We are not in the business of representing a roster of speakers. We provide event strategy, and our founder speaks. When a bureau is involved, we help the voices on stage land with the room and support the strategic quality of the event.

Do you replace our meeting planner?

No. We work alongside your planner as a strategic partner. They run the event. We help make it more focused and more valuable. If you do not have a planner, we can provide more turnkey support.

How do you work with production partners?

We help ensure the event experience, including flow, staging, and engagement, supports the message and the outcome. We collaborate with your production team rather than direct around them.

Who do you usually work with inside an organization?

Meeting planners, corporate and association event teams, executive sponsors, marketing and communications leaders, human resources and learning leaders, and board and leadership teams.

Booking Nicholas, events, and logistics
Can we book Nicholas J. Webb to keynote our event?

Yes. Nicholas is one of the most in demand keynote speakers in the world on innovation, healthcare, and the future, and a multiple number one bestselling author. You can book him to speak at or facilitate your event.

What does Nicholas speak about?

Innovation and disruption, the future of healthcare, customer experience, leadership, and the megatrends shaping your industry. Every talk is tailored to your audience and your outcome.

What kinds of events do you support?

Board meetings and retreats, leadership and executive events, healthcare meetings, association events, innovation sessions, franchise conventions, and client and customer events.

What industries do you serve?

We work across healthcare, technology, manufacturing, financial services, consumer products, associations, franchise systems, energy, and professional services, with particular depth in healthcare.

Do you support virtual and hybrid events?

Yes. We design the strategy and the audience experience around the format you are using, whether the event is in person, virtual, or hybrid.

How far in advance should we engage you?

Earlier is better, both for strategy work and for securing a date on Nicholas's calendar. As soon as your date and purpose are known, a short conversation helps us shape the right level of support.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

Keynoteology is a service of LeaderLogic, LLC, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and we serve high stakes events nationally and internationally.

How do we get started?

Tell us about your event through the contact form or by phone at (602) 233-7107. A senior member of our team will follow up with availability and the right way to work together.
